All notes, records and communications made by your counsellor during your involvement as a client are kept secure and confidential. These can be shared only with your written consent. You will need to sign a \u201cRelease of Information\u201d form before we can share this information with other persons or agencies.<\/p>\n<p>The privacy of clients is held in strict confidence, complying with privacy and other applicable legislation. The law requires that our records be disclosed under strict conditions.
