The Counselling Group
Our trained and experienced mental health professionals at The Counselling Group (TCG) provide a full range of counselling and support services for children, adolescents, and adults. We offer individual, couple, family, and group counselling tailored to support you in identifying and reaching your achievable goals.
Counselling sessions are scheduled appointments. They occur in a private and confidential setting. Services may include crisis intervention, information and referrals, and therapies of varying duration. Counselling is often a process through which you can explore the challenges that you are experiencing, gain a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and your life, and work towards making the changes that are most important to you.
